The Sports-Link Project Officer works closely with community mentors to provide gateways into sport and recreational activities for women/ girls from the Hastings/ Lemyngton wards. The Sports-Link project Officer has provided a range of opportunities for women of all ages and backgrounds including from Black and Minority Ethnic groups to participate in swimming, aerobics and walking. The SLPO has also enabled female participants from all backgrounds to obtain personal development opportunities including coach education courses.
