The Global All-stars played their first football match on Thursday 18 December 2004 against a starring X1 from Leicestershire Constabulary. The Snow, Rain and Heavy winds didn't deter the teams as the match went ahead. The Global All-stars were represented by British, Albanion, Iranian and Kosovan players. The match was played in good spirit with the Leicestershire Constabulary winning by a marginal victory. A re-match is planned for the summer.
