Sports-Link worked in partnership with Charnwood Borough Council and the Primary Care Trust to provide 10-week GP Referral aerobics course for ladies from a Black and Minority Ethnic background. The aerobics sessions were low- intensity and designed for ladies who were referred to an exercise programme by their local GP. The sessions started on Thursday 27 May 2004 at the YWCA.
