A coach education programme has been developed from the Loughborough Sport Education Consortium called Coachsteps. The programme is aimed at individuals who would like to become a sports coach/ leader, the programme is made up of 3 steps which will help the individual understand the role of coaching and the opportunity to gain voluntary experience.
